Many people point to Robert Frost’s “Two roads diverged in a wood and I,I took the one less traveled by and that has made all the difference “as inspiration to get outside their comfort zone. Not a bad plan to enjoy life. Many people interpret Frost’s verse as a requirement to choose a path few people frequent to expand your horizons. However, anybody can expand their comfort zone by doing something new for them. Going to a movie, a new restaurant, sporting event, or a concert by an artist you have never seen are great ways to expand your comfort zone. You are not traveling down an isolated path, just a new path for you. That alone can be a stepping stone to new adventures. The key is to be comfortable being uncomfortable.
